Family Migration to Australia

Reunite with Loved Ones in Australia

Overview

At Studyverse, we guide you through the process of bringing your family members to Australia. The Family Sponsored Visa program helps partners, parents, children, and other eligible relatives reunite with their loved ones, providing them with the opportunity to live, work, and thrive in Australia.

Visa Categories

Partner Visa

A Partner Visa allows spouses, fiancés, and de facto partners (including same-sex partners) of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens to migrate to Australia. Initially, this visa grants temporary residency, with the option to apply for permanent residency after a couple of years.

Who Can Apply:

  • Married spouses or partners
  • Fiancés planning to marry
  • De facto partners (including same-sex partners)

Parent Visa

If you have children who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens, the Parent Visa lets you join them in Australia. These visas are sponsored by your children and are available in both temporary and permanent forms. The Contributory Parent Visa, which has a faster processing time, is also available for a higher fee.

Types of Parent Visas:

  • Temporary and Permanent Parent Visas
  • Contributory Parent Visa for faster processing

Child Visa

A Child Visa allows parents who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor their children to live in Australia. The child can apply either onshore (within Australia) or offshore (outside Australia) and may qualify as a permanent resident, dependent child, or orphaned relative.

Visa Types:

  • Subclass 802 (Onshore)
  • Subclass 101 (Offshore)
  • Adoption Visa (Subclass 102)
  • Orphan Relative Visa

Other Family Visas

Other Family Visas allow brothers, sisters, dependent relatives, and carers to join their loved ones in Australia. Initially, these visas are temporary but can be converted to permanent residency. Sponsors must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens.

Types of Other Family Visas:

  • Remaining Relative Visa (Subclass 115)
  • Aged Dependent Relative Visa (Subclass 114 and 838)
  • Carer Visa (Subclass 116 and 836)
